Local mode works without an account or internet. You may optionally turn on Cloud Sync to access the same reminders on other devices. Clearing browser storage can erase local-only reminders.
Import merges reminders and skips existing IDs. The ↗ button still downloads an .ics event file. Google Calendar syncing is configured below.
Use My Reminders without an account, or connect with Google to back up your reminders in Cloudflare D1 and see them on other devices. Calendar permissions are separate.
Your local reminders remain available offline. Cloud sync runs only while this app is open and you are signed in; changes made offline sync after reconnecting. Signing out does not delete cloud data.
Notifications while this app is open work without an account. Background push after closing the app requires Cloud Sync, a supported browser and the optional Cloudflare alert service.
Background delivery is optional. It only works after setting up the scheduled Cloudflare Worker and connecting Cloud Sync. Delivery may be delayed by device battery settings or connectivity.
View and edit synced calendar events within My Reminders. Google sign-in uses its secure account chooser, without redirecting the app to Google Calendar.
For first-time setup: create an OAuth Web Client ID in Google Cloud and authorise https://myreminders.pages.dev as a JavaScript origin. No client secret is needed. Open Google Cloud console ↗

Sync limits: While My Reminders is open, changes sync when you press Sync now, return to the app, or about every two minutes. No unattended/background sync when closed. All-day events, complex recurrence rules, and special event types are not imported. Changes made to the same event on both sides are held for your decision; deletions are never applied silently.
